What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred.

If you transfer your ticket please advise Belinda prior to the event, including the name and email address of the new ticket holder.

If this is not provided the new ticket holder will not be granted entry to the event with no refund available.

How are payments taken?

Payments are taken securly via Stripe. If you have any concerns about this please contact Belinda to discuss.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

You will receive a confirmatory email at the time of booking. This email will serve as your ticket. Please have this available on the day to gain access to the event.

What Happens About Parking?

Parking is available free of charge. On arrival you must ensure to register your vehicle at reception to enable free parking.
